Roles & Responsibilities:

^{• Advanced Knowledge of Windows operating systems.} 

^{• Knowledge of business applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office Application Suite, Adobe, AutoCAD} 

^{• Operating System Deployment / Upgrade project experience} 

^{• Desktop and Laptop imaging} 

^{• Experience in a busy technical support environment} 

^{• Knowledge of Active Directory and Systems} 

^{• Disciplined trouble shooting skills} 

^{• Strong team working} 

^{• Ability to always follow up problems with customers to completion} 

^{• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills} 

^{• Proactive customer service attitude}

Requirements

^{• 5+ years of previous technical IT work experience with System Administration, Networking, or IT Support roles.} 

^{• Previous experience with supporting technical engineering or geoscience applications preferred.} 

^{• Work as part of a team of IT Service Desk} 

^{• Deploy Operating System Images on laptops} 

^{• Install and configure Business applications} 

^{• Migrate user data and profile to new system} 

^{• Manage the distribution and inventory of computer equipment and accessories.} 

^{• Provide advanced IT technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for system users.} 

^{• Escalate support issues as necessary to other members of the IT team.} 

^{• Provide expertise in a range of business and technical applications.} 

^{• Ensure that the appropriate Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes in support of the project are followed}
