Alcatel Voice Technical Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:

•    Strong competences in implementing VoIP solutions and support all aspects of

•    Alcatel OpenTouch Solution(Unified), 
•    OmniPCX Enterprise(OXE), 
•    Alcatel OmniPCX Office (OXO), 
•    Alcatel Contact Center for Enterprise (ACS) infrastructure and 
•    Alcatel OmniVista 8770 Software.

•    Experience in validating voice solution BOQ, transforming business demand into feasible technical solution is highly needed.
•    Must have experience in systems networking (ABC-F over IP & SIP).
•    Good understanding on OmniVista 8770, DECT & Vo-Wi-Fi, application integration.
•    He/she should be enjoying complexity, ambiguity, and first-time problem solving. 
•    Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met.
•    Complete projects and task in a timely manner.
•    Work with users/IT team to troubleshoot and solve operational issues.
•    Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications.

Requirements

•    At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Voice Network: Strategy, Planning, Design, Implementation, Support & Monitoring.
•    Alcatel PABX experience is a must.
•    Alcatel Certification in OXE (R11 or above) and OpenTouch is must.
•    Professional Certification on Alcatel OmniVista 8770 is highly recommended. 
•    Avaya Enterprise knowledge.
•    Technical, analytical, interpersonal and organization skills required 
•    Professional image and grooming 
•    Good communication (both verbal and written) skills 
•    Planning and organizing skills 
•    Good administration management skills 
•    Strong listening skills 
•    Able to operate effectively in a team environment with both technical and non-technical team members 

 

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science is a must with 3 to 5 years of operational experience in Voice (VoIP, PBX, Analog).
